I believe every couple deserves a coordinator. The last thing you, your wedding party or family want to do on the most significant day of your life is work.
Starting 90-60 days before your big day, we will communicate with vendors, organize the order of events, and tie up loose ends, ensuring your wedding goes off without a hitch. From creating a detailed itinerary to lighting the sparklers at midnight, our team works diligently so that you can soak in every special moment.

Email or submit a contact form if you are interested in a consultation. From there you will receive our planning brochure with details and pricing. If you are satisfied we get a consultation scheduled and start on the process below!

Let's get to know each other! Like any great
relationship, both parties should feel comfortable and build a
foundation of trust and friendship. This is where our journey starts!
Now we have decided to move forward this is
where it all starts to come together! In this first meeting we
will go over all the details of the big day, and vendor
information. I will work closely with the venue to establish a
timeline that works with the contract and the hours we’re
allotted. Then I will contact the caterer, photographer, and
cinematographer and ensure we’ve got an optimal timeline
for each vendor. ~ 60 days out
In this final meeting we will check on any
outstanding vendor balances, update the guests count with the
caterer and venue as well as confirm any changes with the
photographer, cinematographer, and DJ. Where applicable we
will also confirm specifics for guests' accommodations and
transportation. Our goal is to get as many things finalized so that
we can reduce questions/concerns for you as we get closer. ~30 days out
The day all the magic happens! The week of the
wedding, I’m sending out final timelines and handling emails
and logistics for you. I don’t want you touching your inbox; my
goal is to have to ask you the least amount of questions and to
be the go-between for vendors and you.
